This alarm system is to remind workers to consume
water regularly. We use programmes to calculate
the amount of water that a worker should consume
within a particular time according to the adequate
water intake per day for adults. If a worker does not
drink water for a long period of time, our system will
remind the worker.
The adequate water intake per day for adults is as
follows:
Men 2500 mL/d
Women 2000 mL/d
Pregnant women 2300 mL/d Water Dispenser
Lactating women 2600-2700 mL/d
For male and female workers, their suggested amount
of water intake per day would be 2500mL and
2000mL respectively.
The LED colour will change according to the
following formula:
where w is the amount of water consumed on that
day, and h and m are the number of hours and Wristband
minutes the worker staying in the office.
Male Female Colour
XmL > 394mL XmL > 335mL Red
194mL≤XmL≤394mL 135mL≤XmL≤335mL Green
