                                                              Speech Day



                                                               Speech Day was held on 27th November 2020
                                                               (Friday) amidst the COVID-19 pandemic.
                                                               Ms. NGAN, our Principal, gave a report on
                                                               the school’s achievements in 2019-2020 and
                                                               encouraged F.6 graduates to keep a positive
                                                               attitude when they face adversity. The Guest of
                                                               Honour, Dr. Roland CHIN, President of the
                                                               Hong Kong Baptist University, shared with the
                                                               audience what modern universities should be
                                                               and the mentality towards education. He advised
                                                               the graduates to acquire knowledge that was not
                                                               “Google-able” and develop their own critical
                                                               thinking. They should examine the education
                                                               they receive and should never be satisfied with
                                                               what they acquire. He believes that education
                                                               should be spontaneous and boundless while the
                                                               graduates should have the energy and enthusiasm
                                                               to explore their own interests and abilities.
