The artistry of language grants us the ability to shape reality, inspire change, and express the full depth of the human experience. In our technologically advanced world, the power of language endures. It is also the reason why our school is dedicated to cultivating skilled and versatile language users who are also accomplished communicators.
This year, we are thrilled to announce that KWAN Hera, TSANG Chung Ming and WONG Kwan Wo from F.5A showcased exceptional abilities as they successfully became the winners of the esteemed Harvard Prize Book Award, a prestigious award presented to outstanding students who have not only demonstrated excellence in English proficiency, but have also exhibited outstanding character and made continuous, meaningful contributions to our school and community.
Most importantly, this award recognizes students whose literary talents shine brightly and whose ability to express themselves with eloquence and sophistication sets them apart. We are delighted that the awardees and others St. Markans have tirelessly improved their language proficiency en route to success. We are incredibly proud of their accomplishments and cannot wait to see the impact they will continue to make. We must also extend our sincere gratitude to all language teachers and the St. Mark's community!
Once again, congratulations to our future pioneers!
