Competition on System Modelling and Optimisation 2024 - 1st Runner-up & Best Presentation Award

In our ever-evolving world brimming with complexity and turbulence, the ability to predict outcomes and streamline processes is not just a luxury — it’s a necessity. System modelling and optimisation empowers decision-makers to unleash unprecedented levels of performance and innovation, ultimately delineating a smarter and more sustainable future.

In an outstanding showcase of scientific acumen and creativity, CHENG Claire Tsz Yan (4A) and KWAN Hera (5A) competed against a diverse array of talented teams, and secured the 1^st Runner-up and the Best Presentation Award in the Competition on System Modelling and Optimisation 2024. They created meticulous representations of real-world systems and fine-tuned them for maximum efficiency. HO Sze Yui (6A) and CHOR Ching Nam (6D) also earned the Merit Award with their innovative approach and thorough analysis.
