Such quintessential qualities define LAM Joshua (6A), our current Head Prefect, whose leadership odessey is characterised by a harmonious hybrid of community service, multi-faceted talent, and altruism.

Recently crowned one of the Top 10 Outstanding Students in the 2024 Hong Kong Island Outstanding Students Award election, Joshua’s recognition speak volumes about his exceptional achievements and steadfast dedication to making a difference. As the former Vice-chairperson of the Music Club, he has helped foster a thriving musical culture at St. Mark’s and earned Gold Awards in both the Singing Ensemble and Symphonic Band competitions.

Beyond his accolades, Joshua’s life resonates with the principles of faith and benevolence. A devout Christian, he exemplifies kindness through action, most notably during a service-learning tour in Vietnam, where he extended his compassion to those in need. His ability to balance leadership, artistic excellence, and service reflects his profound character as a whole.

YUNG Chi Long (2B) also received the Outstanding Student Award in the Junior Secondary Section for his profound commitment to all-round excellence. Congratulations to Joshua and Chi Long for their remarkable achievements!
