We are thrilled to announce the remarkable achievements of two exceptional St. Markans, HUNG Hiu Tsun Thomas (5E) and CAI Kin Hei Vincent (Class of 2024) in the 第一屆英才培育獎學金基金. This prestigious award recognises students who demonstrate outstanding academic excellence, leadership, and dedication to their fields.
HUNG Hiu Tsun Thomas has been awarded the scholarship for his exceptional contributions as an eloquent Chinese debater and the current captain of the Chinese Debate Team. His unbridled passion for debate and his ability to articulate complex ideas with clarity and conviction have earned him widespread admiration among peers and teachers. Besides his debating prowess, Thomas serves as the Head Careers Prefect, where he mentors fellow students and helps guide them toward their future aspirations. His sterling leadership and unwavering commitment to excellence are truly commendable.
We are equally proud of our alumnus, CAI Kin Hei Vincent, who achieved an outstanding result of five 5** in the HKDSE Examination, a testimony to his hard work and intellectual brilliance. Currently, he is pursuing the Global Medicine (MBChB) Global Physician-Leadership Stream, where he continues to excel and inspire others with his ambition and dedication to making a difference in the field of medicine.
