Hong Kong School Drama Festival 2021/22
The past few months were indisputably in a state of disarray, with hundreds and thousands of citizens plagued and overwhelmed by the fifth wave of the Covid-19.
In the face of the Omicron barrage, our School’s English Drama Team has weathered the ebbs and flows of life with unprecedented resilience, patience and valiance. On 07/03/2022, a group of vivacious members participated in the Hong Kong School Drama Festival and staged an original dystopian play entitled, ‘Life after Life’ on Zoom, demonstrating their exceptional linguistic virtuosity as well as creative prowess.
We are more than pleased to announce that our English Drama Team has, once again, transcended the geographical boundaries and captured a total of five distinguished awards among 449 teams in the territory, including:
Award for Outstanding Script: WONG Cheuk Him (5D), MAK Hoi Chun (5B), TSANG Hui Wun (4E), LAM Wing See (4E), OR On Ki (4D), LAU Sum Kiu (3B) and HUNG Ko Chun (3B)
Award for Outstanding Performer: WONG Cheuk Him (5D), MAK Hoi Chun (5B), TSANG Hui Wun (4E), LAM Wing See (4E), OR On Ki (4D), YANG Man Kin (3D), XIAN Yunlin (3B), CHAN Pak Hei (1C), LEUNG Pak Him (1C) and CHENG Timothy (1A)
